EA Series Revolutionary Fabricated Filter Press

NY, January 2, 2004 -The
new ErtelAlsop EA Series filter press incorporates all
the features of the stainless steel presses ErtelAlsop
is famous for and more, without the cost. The addition
of this new line is a natural extension of the high quality
filtration equipment ErtelAlsop has manufactured since
1920 .
EA Series presses
include full thickness and height, tee-slotted, steel sidebars
with stainless wear strips. Slide heads ride on full size
roller and bearing assemblies. Skid shoes and pads are
not utilized on any EA Series press. Our closure systems
incorporate the very latest in hydraulics and control technology.
Presses can be equipped with a rugged, double side driven
plate shifter and a uniform fill manifold with appropriate
valves.
Various options
are available on EA Series presses, including such items
as safety light curtains, hydraulic drip trays, cake handling
equipment, computer PLC controls, remote operation and
monitoring, elevated and seismic rated platforms with stairs
and safety handrails, and polypropylene, stainless steel,
or aluminum filter plates. A complete line of filter media,
feed and pump skids with automatic pump controllers, and
all other filter press accessories, including pre-coat
and body feed systems are available.
These presses are
available in sizes from 470 mm to 1500 mm and carry a six (6)
