The new ErtelAlsop AccuScale™ 1S filter is a major
advancement in laboratory and scale up filtration with the
introduction of a 1-inch square plate and frame filter press with
heating/cooling capabilities. The PharmaScale™ 1S filters
constructed of 316L stainless steel with an O-ring gasket to
prevent leakage. All of ErtelAlsop's proprietary filter media is
compatible with the new 1S design.

This series of filters is designed for the laboratory, new
product and process development, testing, scale up and small
volume production of products. Pad change-over can be
accomplished easily and in a minimum of time. Even more
versatility can result from the use of dividing heads to provide
double or even triple serial filtration in a single pass.
E-1
The Model E-1 is recommended for 20 to 40 liter batch sizes.
Optional pumps and motors are available. As with other ErtelAlsop
plate and frame filter presses, the Model E-1 can be fitted with
an inlet head to permit retention of filter cake.

Series™ filter
press combines the latest weld-free construction technology with
the most revolutionary plate and frame design concept in recent
history. The Diamond Series provides complete drainage and
venting while maintaining our superior internally ported design.
Available in 4-inch, 8-inch, or 12-inch designs, these internally
ported filters provide ultimate flexibility. Eyelet gaskets
commonly used in externally ported filter presses, present
concerns with regard to cross-contamination and chemical
compatibility, as well as limitations on the thickness of filter
media used. Diamond Series filter presses eliminate the need for
gaskets entirely.
The Diamond Series, in conjunction with ErtelAlsop's patented
BioClean™ plate technology, allows for effective cleaning
and sterilization of every liquid contact surface. Our standard
Validation Package, along with optional 20 Ra surface finish
makes this the easiest filter in the world to validate.
